He has advised numerous multinational companies on matters relating to China's real estate market, and has executed investment transactions and rental transactions of office space, retail space and industrial space.

Oliver is an experienced China expert who has been providing comprehensive legal advice to foreign companies in China for more than 14 years. He regularly advises clients on real estate & construction in the context of foreign direct investment. An author of numerous publications Oliver is also a frequent speaker at events relating to legal matters in China.

Hans Niemann is working as a project manager in Shanghai, China. He has studied Energy- and Environmental Management at Flensburg University of Applied Sciences and worked in sustainable building industry in China for more than 6 years now. His working field includes the improvement of the energy efficiency and certification of buildings. In addition to the project support of DGNB / LEED projects, the area of responsibility also includes the implementation of energy audits and energy concepts in regards to office buildings and industrial plants as well as other commercial building types. Hans has managed several projects within China in sustainability fields and has high interest in energy saving solutions and the use of renewable energies.
