Liao Yuhui is a Chinese attorney-at-law with experience in many aspects of foreign-invested projects, in-cluding transactions, as well as turnkey contractor agreements. In addition, Yuhui supervises due diligence work for cross-border transactions and capital markets with a focus on commercial, financing, intellectual property, land and property issues. Yuhui studied economic law and business administration in China and Germany. He worked as legal advisor in Germany, Guangzhou and Shanghai. In 2007 he moved to Luther. Yuhui is proficient in English and German, besides his native Chinese.
