"Olives, Spain's Superfood" campaign is co-commissioned by the Spanish Foreign Trade Development and Investment Agency (ICEX) and the Interprofessional Organization of Table Olives (INTERACEITUNA) and focuses on increasing awareness about one of the most precious Spanish treasures—nutritious and delicious olives—among consumers and professionals in China.

This restaurant promotion for Spanish olives will last 3 months, started from 18th July. 11 restaurants of BRUT EATERY will host the promotion.Through out the three-month period, these 11 restaurants will offer olive-featured culinary options, covering olives as snacks, in salad, Tapas, pizzas as well as Chinese dishes.

This event present a great opportunity to explore the abundant nutrition, rich flavours, and diverse uses of olives! You will gain an overview of this exciting project and insights into how it can change mindsets and make a significant impact in the Chinese market. The venue chosen to host the Olive Experience Day is the Zhaojiabang branch in Shanghai. A comprehensive presentation on Spanish olives will be followed by an olive feast, ranging from cocktails to salads, from tapas to pizzas. A set of interesting Intercation courses such as making tapas and cocktail will be coming with a delicate afternoon tea setting on a relaxing Saturday, guests will be able to enjoy delicious and nutritious gourmet creations, featuring different types of Spanish olives. This is surely to be a rewarding and unforgettable experience!
