Founder of Female Health EmpowermentHillary Van Mansfeld is the Founder of the Female Health Empowerment community, a nationwide community dedicated to helping women navigate the Chinese healthcare system.
Founded in 2019, the Female Health Empowerment community has expanded to over 5 provinces including Sichuan, Guangdong, Jiangsu, and Zhejiang with the majority of members residing in Beijing, Suzhou, and Hangzhou.
The network gives women a safe space to discuss topics related to both physical and mental health that might be seen as taboo in other circles. It also helps connect women to accurate and timely information about gynecological services, STD testing, and birth control options offered at various hospital/clinics.
Hillary aims to grow her community to reach all expat women across the nation in the coming years.
