Sam holds Ph.D. Degree of Engineering from the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), before joining BMW, his past career includes being software developer in Huawei and senior innovator in Siemens. He joined BMW Group Technology Office China in 2013 as a technology expert and took senior manager position since 2018 to lead the BMW open innovation team in China.
