Lily is the Associate Director for Michael Page Beijing. She joined Michael Page in 2010 as part of the Banking and Financial Services Graduate program. Lily has a strong record in senior level recruitment across corporate banking, insurance, PE/VC, financial leasing and asset management industries. She graduated from Saxion University in the Netherland with a Bachelor in Finance.
Maggie Li joined the British Council in China in 2015 as their Head of Partnerships. She focuses on building sustainable and effective partnerships between educational and commercial institutes in the UK and China. Prior to this, Maggie managed the business development for ACCA in Beijing, building dynamic partnerships with for example E&Y, Deloitte, KPMG and PwC, and worked as the Senior Manager for the Career Development Center at the Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business. Maggie has over 16 years’ experience in the Education industry, holds a Master’s degree in Language Education from the University of Cambridge and a Master’s degree in International Relations from University of Bristol in the UK.
She currently juggles her intensive full-time position as Head of Partnerships with a part-time international MBA programme at Peking University and spending time with her husband and daughter.
Before joining the Citic Group in 2015, Jingjin Xiao was based in New York City and was responsible for researching and negotiating for acquisition transactions above $130 million of commercial real estate. Her clients included JD Capital, Ashkenazy Acquisition Corp. In addition to her position as Overseas Investment Director for Xin Long Internet Company, a subsidiary company of the Citic Group, Jingjin is the Executive Director for the China Financial Executive Club and a regular guest lecturer for the Overseas Asset Allocation course at the Renmin University of China Macroeconomic and Finance Institute.
Ms. Xiao studied at Columbia University and holds a Master's degree in Management from the University of Florida.
