Mr. D’Andrea arrived in China in 2005 and began his career in one of the most important Italian law firm in Nanjing. Since a few years ago Mr. D’Andrea has been leading his own company in Shanghai – D’Andrea&Partners – a boutique law firm that has become a point of reference as well as a well-established entity in the international legal profession. Mr. Li Junpeng, graduated from Xi'an Jiaotong University. He is currently the Vice President of Global Marketing of Enterprise Business Huawei company. He has more than 10 years of experience in the ICT field (including nearly 10 years experiences for international market), and has served as a multinational operator system product and solution VP, regional solutions and Marketing VP and other important positions. Since 2018, he has served as Vice President of Global Marketing of Enterprise Business Huawei. He is responsible for enterprise business market management, as well as marketing for new ICT fields such as artificial intelligence and 5G etc.

Sebastian Mueller is Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at MING Labs. He has been doing business in Asia for the last decade, focusing on digital innovation and transformation. At MING Labs he has worked with hundreds of corporate clients from all industries, helping them to form relevant digital strategies in response to shifting market forces, and executing on them. He further helped to start more than twenty new start-up companies in various industries and geographies. Besides his work at MING Labs, Sebastian is a mentor at several high-profile government-backed accelerator programs in Singapore. He also speaks and writes about topics around digital innovation, organisational cultural change, new work, and related topics.

Elliot is a Senior Equity Partner at Clyde & Co, and the Head of Clyde & Co's China IP Group. Elliot has practised intellectual property (IP) law on several Continents since 1995 – first in Australia, then Europe, and since 2005 in China. From Clyde & Co’s China offices Elliot now advises international clients on contentious and non-contentious IP matters, with a focus on strategic protection, exploitation, and enforcement of patents, trade marks, copyright as well as trade secrets. He advises on strategies for optimizing IP portfolios across the Asia-Pacific region, as well as cross-border patent, trade mark and copyright disputes. Additionally, Elliot Papageorgiou is former National Chair of the European Chamber's Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Working Group. He has been actively involved in supporting the Chamber's IPR Working Group in one role or another since 2006, and in recent years as Vice-Chair and Shanghai Chair.
Elliot represents a number of Fortune 500 companies and other MNCs on China IP litigation and especially Patent litigation. His client briefs include developing IP strategies for one of Europe's largest VC funds, for global automotive technology companies, global engineering and manufacturing conglomerates, as well as some of Europe’s best-known FCMG and jewellery brands.

As Chair of the IIC SFTG, Mr. Walenza works with IIC members to reduce risk for early adopters of Industrial IoT technologies in manufacturing. He regularly advises early stage entrepreneurs and provides introductions to help small teams leverage external resources to drive their growth.

Reinout van Malenstein is Senior Counsel at HFG Law & Intellectual Property in China (Beijing and Shanghai). As a lawyer with a Chinese law firm, with great expertise in intellectual property rights, privacy and FDI in China, he advises companies on regulatory issues, such as the social credit system, corporate issues, trademarks, copyright, patents, and trade secrets in China.
Since 2014 Reinout has worked on intellectual property for the European Commission in Greater China and has successfully advised the European Union, the 28 Member States and more than two thousand European companies with regard to IPR in China. He was also actively involved in the intellectual property negotiations between the European Union and the Chinese government. Before that he was the head of the China practice at KienhuisHoving NV and a lawyer in the Netherlands on intellectual property at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP. Having worked as a lawyer at leading law firms in Europe, and having graduated with honours in the Netherlands (Bachelor/Master of Laws in Dutch/EU law from Utrecht University) as well as summa cum laude in China (Master of laws in Chinese law from Peking University), Reinout is well positioned to advise clients on intellectual property cases with a European/Chinese dimension. Reinout is fluent in Chinese (Mandarin), Dutch, English and conversational in German.
