Please meet at 2:00pm to check in. Check-in will be at the venue location inside Chaoyang park near the water. Not far from the North Gate.
Banner Organization
At 3:00pm we begin to organize the banner. It will be in the grass, please wear a white shirt to stand out during the video from above.
Drone Liftoff!
At 3:30, there will be an announcement and the balloon will left off capturing video of the cheers and excitement of the people.
