Ms. Celina Chew has been the President of Bayer Greater China Group and Chairman of Bayer (China) Limited since 2014. Ms. Chew joined the Bayer Greater China Legal Department in 1997 and assumed the position of Head of Legal for Bayer in Greater China in 1998 and later as the Country Group Head for Bayer Group in the North ASEAN Region and Managing Director at Bayer Thai Co. Ltd. in 2011.
Prior to her assignment at Bayer, she spent 8 years working as a lawyer at international law firms. Ms. Chew holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honors) degree from the University of Western Australia and a Masters of Laws (Distinction) degree from the University of Hong Kong.

Ulf Dressler is VP, Corporate Communications APAC at German specialty chemicals company LANXESS. In this role since September 2018, he leads the regional corporate communications program in Asia-Pacific, including Greater China, Japan, Korea and the ASEAN countries. In his more than 10 years with LANXESS, among others he has taken over responsibilities as Head of Market Communications Asia-Pacific based in Shanghai and Head or Corporate Communications Japan out of Tokyo. Ulf has a master’s degree in business administration from University of Cologne in Germany. He is married with two children.

Grace Li is the Director of Communications Asia Pacific North for Evonik Industries AG, a leading specialty chemicals company headquartered in Germany. In 2007 she took over the communications function and has since built up an integrated communication team in the region overseeing both corporate branding and marketing communications for Evonik. Her expertise includes crafting corporate messages, crisis communications, digital marketing, etc. In recent years Grace has successfully led several award‐winning branding campaigns using digital communication tools in China, and developed Evonik China’s WeChat account into an effective platform for engaging employees and customers. Grace has also extensive experience in different functions and leading cross functional teams.

Born in Shanghai, Grace holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Shanghai International Studies University. She is also trained and highly skillful in Chinese calligraphy and painting.

In October 2016, Dr. Sigrid Winkler was appointed Executive Chamber Manager at the German Chamber of Commerce in China | Shanghai and is in charge of the membership organization at the Chamber. Dr. Winkler joined the German Chamber earlier in spring 2016, initially as Project Manager Social Responsibility where she was responsible for the More than a Market initiative. Dr. Winkler holds a PhD in Political Science from Vrije Universiteit Brussel in Belgium and a bachelor’s degree in Chinese Studies from Vienna University. Before joining the German Chamber, she was Head of Office of the Austrian Academic Exchange Agency (OeAD) in Shanghai. Previously, Dr. Winkler managed international business development projects in China and Eastern Europe for Business Upper Austria, the economic agency of the regional government of Upper Austria. She has published numerous peer-reviewed articles on EU-China relations, and since 2002, she has been regularly coming back to China for shorter and longer-term stays.
