Matthias Koesling has studied Political Science in Münster and Taipei. After stops at the European Parliament in Brussels and at the German Chamber of Commerce Greater China he has been working at MPR GmbH (Zhongde Shangqiao) in Frankfurt am Main until 2017 and then changed to SinoJobs where he is currently Key Account Manager and Head Organizer of the SinoJobs Career Days, Europes leading Recruiting event with focus on Chinese Talents.

David is a Senior Manager in the Human Resources Administration and Payroll Services team at Dezan Shira & Associates. He has over 15 years’ experience in HR & Payroll Consulting, Corporate and Personal Tax Advisory, and Corporate Accounting and Finance to multinational enterprises and domestic corporations. He has been awarded a masters degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Wales in the UK, and still continues to conduct research on the development of the China Service Outsourcing Industry. His experience and knowledge will benefit the DSA team's service to customers.
