Over the past 15 years, Michael advises multi-national clients on taxation and business regulations in respect of business activities in China. His client portfolio includes real estate, logistics, manufacturing, etc, and the focused areas include M&A, cross-border tax planning, IPO restructuring, outbound investment, etc.
During 2012-2013, he was seconded to KPMG Los Angeles office with a role to enhance the US-China cross-border investments.
