Advisor to President of Lean Enterprise China (LEC) & Associate Professor of Industrial Engineering at Tong Ji University
Dr. Jeff Zhou has worked many years in research, training and consultation of lean manufacturing and management in China in both manufacturing and service industries. Jeff has played an important leadership role in LEC since it was established in 2005. He now serves as the Advisor to President to lead study and research of Lean Implementation in China. Dr. Zhou is the co-author of “How Galanz Became the Miracle of World Microwave Oven Industry” (2004). He is the lead translator of Lean Product and Process Development, The Lean Manager and Gemba Kaizen (2nd edition).

Mr. Victor Zhou is working at fischer Consulting since 2017 with the focus on process systems. In his career he gained various experiences in consulting on lean operations, business process improvement, and lean transformation as well as in Just In Time (JIT), continuous flow, planning system, Standardized Operational Process (SOP), Kaizen Project, and CIP. His focus industries are construction machinery industry, mining machinery industry, energy industry, elevator industry, test, inspection & certification industry, and automotive industry.
