Carolina Laiton Galán
Co-Founder & Strategy Director of RubicaCarolina Laiton Galán, born in Bogota, Colombia. Carolina received her bachelor in Advertising from Jorge Tadeo Lozano University in Bogota and holds a Master in Marketing and Digital Business from Esden Business School in Madrid, Spain.
She devoted much of her free time of her academic life to volunteering the world's largest student organization AIESEC, playing leadership roles at national and international scale.
With 10 years of experience, Carolina has worked in multinationals, SMEs and NGOs in Latin America, Europe and the Middle East creating and executing advertising and digital communication strategies.
She currently serves as Co-Founder and Senior Digital Marketing Strategist of RUBICA Consultants, its own digital consulting company.
Carolina is an animal lover, passionate about entrepreneurship, sustainability and travel.
Ivan Lopez
Co-founder and Business Development of RubicaIndustrial Engineer and master in business intelligence and big data with working experience in 4 different regions of the world. Primarily interested in the application of technology and internet for developing societies. I am very good with numbers, spotting trends and anomalies and solving complex problems. I am good at building relationships and I have strong negotiations skills. I am a talented public speaker and I have trained more than 5.000 people in different setups in more than 25 countries. I am passionate about deep understanding of systems (all kind of them) and a strong believer in the power of entrepreneurship to build a better world. I love watching and playing soccer, reading and I’m a geography geek.
