Mr. Zhang currently also serves as Member of the Board of the German Chamber of Commerce in China | Shanghai and as Chairman of Taicang European Investment Enterprises Association (Taicang Roundtable, TRT). In his role for TRT, he is also involved in supporting the Sino-German Inclusion Factory Taicang. Furthermore, in 2001, under his guidance, Kern-Liebers established together with other German companies and the support of the AHK the Taicang German Technician Training Center, Taicang’s first German dual-system vocational training center.
