Dionne speaks, reads, and writes Mandarin, which is essential to building relationships in China. Dionne has worked in the event industry for fifteen years in many different roles. Her background working with many different brands in operations allows her to understand brand experiences from a variety of different angles. Nicky Szmala is responsible for launching Lenovo's AR/ VR products, Tablets, and Smart Home Devices at leading global consumer electronics shows including CES, MWC, and IFA.

Before joining Lenovo, Nicky co-founded Ogilvy & Mather's innovation marketing offering K1ND in China where he partnered with blue-chip clients including Huawei, Coke, and Uber to create cutting-edge interactive digital consumer experiences.

Nicky is also a proud dad of his four-year-old tri-lingual son (who helps him to improve his Chinese) and a retired skateboarder.
