Join us for our special event on China’s new environmental policy in Nanjing on December 4th, and learn more about challenges and chances resulting from the application of rules on environmental protection in China, particularly in Nanjing. The special event invites all professionals from general management, operations, and strategy to explore the general short and long-term consequences for their manufacturing activities and to understand the policy’s concrete enforcement in Nanjing.
Benefit from the experience of experts in their field: Ralph Koppitz, Partner and Head of Taylor Wessing’s Shanghai office, will give an overview on legal considerations related to moving requests from authorities. Uwe Haizmann, Partner at EAC – International Consulting, will share his related experience with location due diligence. The environmental bureau Qixia District, Nanjing and representatives from companies based in Nanjing will provide an insight into the conditions operating in Nanjing.
