Starting as technically based software engineer and project manager, over the time he fulfilled a variety of management roles in technology, sales and general management. More than 10 years at FORCAM and since 2014 developing business and company in China. Basic characteristics are to be open minded, driving a global smart manufacturing approach and sharing more than 30 years experience in shop floor management productivity rise.
