Choirmaster Chiang is the first Chinese national to conduct one of the Vienna Boys’ Choir’s four touring choirs. The Vienna Boys’ Choir is a prestigious youth choir founded by Roman Emperor Maximilian I in 1498 to perform at Vienna’s Imperial Chapel and, in addition to touring the globe, the choir still sings there each week to this day.
