Joseph is currently the Vice President of Digital Products & Services, Digitalization Customer Interface, BMW China. Responsible for digital products & services, digital point of sales for BMW products & services, as well as all consumer facing digital touch points. Also he is one of the key stakeholders on the digital transformation of the company.
Before BMW, Joseph was the GM of Emerging Business Unit for Nokia Greater China region, responsible for mobile payment, mobile Internet services and e-Commerce, also responsible for the relationships with Internet companies such as Tencent, Alibaba, Baidu and Sina.
Prior to that Joseph was the CEO of “Yi Pai”, an e-Commerce joint-venture between Yahoo and Sina. He was one of the pioneers in the e-Commerce market in China, built an e-Commerce company, helped to develop the first generation of online stores and online shopping community in China together with eBay China and Taobao. “Yi Pai” was merged with Taobao as part of Yahoo China/Alibaba merger.
Other previous responsibilities included Director of Online Services for Intel Asia Pacific.

Mr. Esteban Remecz is the CIO Asia Pacific / ZF Friedrichshafen AG / ZF (China) Investment Co., Ltd.
1997 Esteban joined ZF Friedrichshafen AG and has since been working in International assignments specializing in IT strategic leadership issues worldwide. Currently he is based in Shanghai where ZF has its Asia Pacific Regional Headquarters acting as the Regional CIO with responsibility of over 58 ZF Legal Entities in the Asia Pacific Region.
Esteban completed his studies at the Australian National University with a Degree in Economics and a Degree in Computer Science and Psychology. After that he moved to Germany and spend some time with IBM in Boeblingen before joining ZF.
Esteban is also currently holding the Chair for the China CIO Alliance, founded in 2014 the CCA fosters the collaboration and best practices of the CIO Community in China, collaborating with Private and Government organizations as well as with the Academia in the ICT Industry in China.

Dr. Stephan Melzer is the CEO of minnosphere, the Innovation startup lab of msg.
He joined msg in 2010 and is also a Vice-President of the msg Automotive Business Unit. During the past 20 years Stephan has been involved in a variety of Consulting and Development projects for Automotive Companies such as Daimler, BMW, Bosch and others. He possesses a Doctorate degree in theoretical Computer Science.
