Sarah Zhou是渣打银行（中国）交易银行业务现金管理产品负责人。Sarah在银行业方面拥有丰富的经验，主要负责交易银行业务和企业银行业务。她曾在花旗银行、渣打银行、摩根大通及德意志银行在中国和香港的分支机构担任不同领域的高级职务，涉及经营、实施、销售和生产等。 她主导了很多重要的跨国公司和大型本地公司客户的交易，并帮助他们在过去几十年的整体监管环境中保持合规性以有效地在中国开展业务。她一直致力于推动中国银行的现金产品能力和战略，以支持银行的资产负债表和业务增长。
Sarah holds a bachelor degree in engineering and a MBA degree with Shanghai University of Finance and Economy.
Sarah拥有上海财经大学工程学士学位和工商管理硕士学位。

Sarah Zhou is Head of Cash Management Product in Transaction Banking of Standard Chartered Bank China. Sarah has in-depth experience in banking industry primarily covering transaction banking and corporate banking fields. She has taken different senior positions across operations, implementation, sales, product and coverage banking with Citibank, Standard Chartered, JP Morgan and Deutsche Bank in China and HK. She led quite a number of significant MNC and large local corp client deals and supported them develop business effectively in China by navigating the comprehensive regulatory environment over the last decades. She has been instrumental in driving bank’s cash product capability and strategy in China to support bank’s balance sheet and business growth.

戎云林博士，现罗德律师事务所驻上海代表处业务合伙人。曾在中国和德国（美因茨获法学硕士学位，柏林获博士头衔）攻读法律，并于2000年取得中国律师资格。在加入Rödl & Partner之前，曾在中国最有声望的律师事务所之一（上海傅玄杰律师事务所）担任诉讼律师。主要提供企业和商务方面法律咨询，包括兼并与收购、融资、银行与资本市场、海关事务、国内及跨境交易业务。其所服务的客户来自各行各业，如汽车、机械、化工、食品和药品等。

Dr. Yunlin RONG is an Associate Partner of Rödl & Partner Shanghai office. He studied law in China and Germany (LL.M. in Mainz and doctorate in Berlin) and was admitted to the Chinese bar in 2000. Before joining Rödl & Partner, he has worked as litigation lawyer at one of the most prestigious law firms in China (Shanghai Fuxuanjie Law Firm). He primarily specializes in the legal consulting regarding corporate and commercial matters, including Merger & Acquisition, financing, banking and capital market, customs procedures, businesses in the domestic and cross-border transactions. He advises the clients from the various industry sectors such as automotive, machinery, chemical, food and drug industry.
