[Webinar] Sales Management in the Era of COVID

Dear Members and Friends of SwissCham,

It would be an understatement to say the year 2022 has been tumultuous for China. Stringent and frequent testing, impromptu lockdowns of neighborhoods and offices, and ever-changing city-specific quarantine requirements have added a variety of new requirements to doing business in China. Sales and marketing efforts have especially been challenged with postponed or cancelled projects and reluctance of customers to make investments in uncertain times.

Nevertheless, operations are returning back to normal outside of China and with that, expectations of local operations to also enter the post-covid world are increasing. How to then maintain and increase sales productivity to appease headquarters considering the realities of sales and marketing in under China's dynamic covid management?
