课程背景

美国前管理协会会长赫尔雷格尔教授等人所著的权威著作《组织行为学》一书指出："二十一世纪管理学的趋势是心理学化"。

面对当下激烈的人才市场竞争、面对严峻的市场环境所造成的团队士气管理上的挑战，面对常见的员工的"五低"现象："忠诚度低、责任感低、耐挫力低、能力低，还眼高手低"，我们需要"update"——升级换代我们的员工激励与团队管理的"新策略"和"新方法"。

透过本次课程，我们会帮助企业的经理人学习和运用简单、神奇的后现代心理学技术，"洞察"——员工言行背后的心理活动和心理规律，找到员工的深层心理动力，从而能够对员工进行"精准激励"，并运用最新心理学团体引导技术，快速升级团队对"赢"的渴望，帮助管理者实现在团队管理上的新突破。

与过去传统的《员工激励》课程不同的是，我们非常注重管理者对员工内在心理体验的影响。我们帮助企业管理者运用现代的心理科学的成果，带领管理者进入员工的"心理世界"，并帮助他们找到激发员工心理动力的钥匙，从而透过员工的"自我推动"、"自我赋能"来实现员工个人以及团队的激励和管理。

Course background

"Management is managing people, managing people is managing heart"

The authoritative book "Organizational Behavior" by Professor Herregel, former president of the American Management Association and others, states that "the trend of management science in the 21st century is psychological."

Faced with the fierce competition in the talent market and the challenge of team morale management caused by the severe market environment, faced with the common "five low" phenomenon of employees: "low loyalty, low sense of responsibility, low resistance to setbacks, low ability, and low vision", we need to "update" -- update our "new strategies" and "new approaches" to employee motivation and team management.

Through this course, we will help managers of enterprises to learn and apply simple and magical postmodern psychology techniques, "insight" on the psychological activities and laws behind employees' words and deeds, and find the deep psychological motivation of employees, so that they can be "precision inspire" employees and use the latest psychological group guidance technology to quickly upgrade the team 's desire for "win" and help managers to achieve new breakthroughs in team management.

Different from the traditional "Employee Motivation" course in the past, we attach great importance to the influence of managers on the internal psychological experience of employees.
