Training Objective 培训目标

This program is an Advanced Leadership program for Graduated Participants who have accomplished Leadership Workshop for Middle Management Program in the past years. Participants will get great opportunity to acquire new leadership insights and management skills as well as receive coaching from trainer regarding personal action plans of module one. Same as Module 1, Module 2 is again a highly intensive management workshop for industrial background leaders. Participants will have a unique learning experience of essential leadership theory and best practices. Participants will take part in living role play simulations and case studies based on well structured critical situations and receive feedbacks and professional coaching from experienced trainer. By sustaining high performance and motivated team, the leaders could be more prepared for the challenges in the near future with more creativities and confidence.

中层管理者领导力工作坊第二季是为往期参加中层管理者领导力工作坊(第一季)毕业的学员定 制的进阶版课程。学员们将有机会跟随专业的培训师再次沉浸式地在领导力学习领域探索,获得完整的领导力和管理学习体系,并得到个人行动计划的教练式辅导。第二季课程延续了第一季课程相似的高强度高互动设计。 学员通过参与系列结构化设计的场景模拟和角色演练,得到专业培训老师的深度反馈,并通过深入的反省思考,提升个人的领导力意识和自我认知。这些领导力的提升,将有助于管理者,使自己从繁琐的事务堆中解脱出来,真正进入管理者的角色。正确把握对待员工的态度,更好地管理员工,正确开发和激励员工的潜能,从而更加自信地面对即将到来的挑战和机遇,去做更有创造性的工作,更多地思考组织的未来,更加具备领导者的魅力。
