Yu earned her Ph.D. in economics from Uppsala University in Sweden in 2014. Her research is situated in the field of environmental and energy economics, with a special focus on climate policy evaluation and carbon accounting. Haishan teaches several master courses at China-UK Low Carbon College, including Environmental Economics, Carbon Economics, Carbon Accounting, Business and Climate Change. She won the 2023 Shanghai Jiao Tong University Teaching Excellence Award for her teaching in Carbon Accounting.
博士毕业于瑞典乌普萨拉大学，主要研究领域包括环境和能源经济学、气候变化政策评估、碳排放核算等，文章发表在Energy Economics, Environmental and Resource Economics, Energy Policy等国际期刊。主讲环境经济学、碳经济学、碳核算、商业与气候变化等研究生课程，荣获2023年度上海交通大学“卓越教学奖·思源教席”。

ShouBin Ni，Professor, PhD supervisor, Shanghai International Intellectual Property College, Tongji University. Doctor of Law, East China University of Political Science and Law;Postdoctoral fellow, Institute of Law, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. He successively worked in Shanghai Branch of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, China Huarong Asset Management Company, First Securities Co., LTD., and Shanghai University of International Business and Economics (2010-2015 Dean of Law School). He is currently the Chief legal adviser and Director of the Institute of Green Technology Bank. His main research fields are green finance law, ESG and carbon finance. He has participated in relevant national green finance legislation, relevant green finance cases, third-party green credit evaluation index design and green supply chain finance cases.
倪受彬，同济大学上海国际知识产权学院教授，博士生导师。华东政法大学法学博士、中国社会科学院法学研究所博士后。先后工作于中国工商银行上海市分行、中国华融资产管理公司、第一证券有限公司、上海对外经贸大学（2010-2015年任法学院院长）。现任绿色技术银行首席法律顾问、研究院院长。主要研究领域绿色金融法、ESG、碳金融，参与国家绿色金融相关立法、相关绿色金融案例、第三方绿色信贷评价指标设计与相绿色供应链金融案例。

Since 2007, Liu Tao has been consulting for governments and well-known enterprises on ESG disclosure, ESG management and rating improvement, and sustainable development planning for a long time. He is member of the research team of ESG Committee of China Listed Companies Association, Director of Shanghai Rende Public Welfare Foundation, and Director of Nanjing Aide Printing Co. In May 2024, his“Introduction to ESG in the Financial Sector”, which was edited by Fudan University Press, was published by Fudan University Press, and in September 2024, he assisted the China Listed Companies Association to complete the “Guide to the Sustainability Reporting of Listed Companies in China”, which was prepared by Liu Tao as the main technical expert.
自2007年以来长期为政府和知名企业进行ESG信披、ESG管理与评级提升、可持续发展规划等咨询工作。是中国上市公司协会ESG专业委员会研究组成员、上海仁德公益基金会理事、南京爱德印刷有限公司董事。2024年5月，刘涛作为主编的《金融业ESG导论》由复旦大学出版社成书，2024年9月，刘涛作为主要技术专家协助中国上市公司协会编制完成《中国上市公司可持续发展报告指南》。

Yue (Shelley) SHEN, currently Chief Impact Officer of APAC in Saint-Gobain, Founder & President of Saint-Gobain APAC Woman Empowerment (WE) Community.
Before this, she was Chief Sustainability Officer of Saint-Gobain APAC Region and China Public Relation Director. She is a key driver for the implementation of Group ESG/CSR strategy, leading the APAC Sustainability roadmap and embedding the CSR into the business decision making, promoting diversity, inclusion and solidarity in Saint-Gobain APAC region.
She has ever worked as APAC HRVP, CHRO for the biggest operation in Saint-Gobain worldwide with 70 bio. RMB revenue and around 6,000 people in China, directly in charge of HR, Communication & Public Relations. Meanwhile, she was the Founder and President of Saint-Gobain PAM LAN Diversity Institute for 7 years to promote DEI.
