The automotive value chain is being fundamentally transformed by new technology, and disruptive new entrants are utilizing big data to draw insights about customers in order to address their "pain points" and offer new solutions for their mobility needs. Mobility needs are increasingly being fulfilled through shared mobility services, which expands the addressable market for personal mobility solutions beyond individual car ownership.
