Training Objectives 培训目标

This program is a highly intensive management workshop for leaders. Participants will have a unique learning experience of essential leadership theory and best practices in industrial management area. The philosophy of this leadership seminar also becomes remarkably important for leaders who are facing the challenge of leading young generations. By sustaining high performance and motivated team, the leaders could be more prepared for the challenges in the near future with more creativity and confidence.

There is a versatile of methods applied: case study, role play simulation, group project, self-reflection, feedback from the trainer which creates eye opening and self-awareness. Principles are learned by doing rather than being told. Participants will take part in living role play simulations based on well-structured critical situations and receive feedback and professional coaching from experienced the trainer and therefore increase leadership insights and self-awareness of own management behavior by deep reflections.
