我们诚挚邀请您参加于2021年6月21日（周一）在重庆举行的人力资源管理圆桌会议。

德国商会圆桌会议是商会最具代表性的活动之一，目的是促进企业中在相同工作领域的管理者之间的交流，提供交换意见、分享经验的平台。

对在中国开展业务的德国公司而言，有效的人力资源管理仍然是一个巨大的挑战。随着中国经济向"知识经济"过渡，雇主和雇员的需求也在不断变化。人力资源部门也面临着各种各样的困难：劳动力成本上升，生产力趋于平缓以及技术工人总体短缺等。

本次圆桌会议上Duravit （杜拉维特）的中国区人力资源总监文女士将与我们分享关于制造业一线员工招聘的经验。此外，我们也有机会与重庆其他外企的资深人力资源管理人员进行深入沟通，共同讨论我们所面临的困难。

We sincerely invite you to join the GCC Roundtable – Human Resources in Chongqing on June 21st, Monday.

GCC Roundtable is one of the most representative events of German Chamber of Commerce, is to encourage the mutual communication between colleagues of same working groups from different enterprises and share own opinions and experiences. 

Effective human resources management continues to be a big challenge for German companies with operations in China. As China's economy is transitioning towards becoming a "knowledge economy" the needs of employers and employees alike are changing as well. As HRs we are both face different kinds of difficulty: rising labor costs, flattening productivity and an overall shortage of skilled workers remain the primary concerns of our member companies.

Ms. Erna Wen, the Human Resources Director China from Duravit, is the main speaker of the HR Roundtable, she will share her profound opinions about experience in recruiting front-line employees in the manufacturing industry. All the HRs will exchange their points and learn from each other.
