Lean production is a principle focused on eliminating waste. By eliminating waste and making continuous improvements, companies can remain in good working order and increasing their competitiveness. The object of improvement is waste, identifying waste is an important part of improving the efficiency and value of production systems, and choosing appropriate tools to eliminate waste cost-effectively is the daily work of continuous improvement.
