Dear VDMA woodworking machinery members,
We cordially invite you to participate the 27th VDMA Woodworking Machinery China Management Meeting ("CMM") on July 1st, 2024 at FESTO JINAN GLOBAL PRODUCTION CENTER.
The VDMA Woodworking Machinery China Management Meeting is aiming to gather the top executives from our important members to discuss the current business situation in our industry. The leading topic is "In-house cost reduction and increasing efficiency".
In July, we are very delighted to hold our CMM at FESTO GPC Jinan. It is located in Jinan High tech Zone, was incorporated into Festo Group in 2007 to expand the local production capacity of products. In 2021, it was launched and put into full use. Covering an area of 430,000 sqm, it is the largest production center in the world and the largest logistics distribution center in China. At present, there are more than 20,000 types of products, including cylinders and electric axes, solenoid valves and valve terminals, and compressed air preparation products. There are production workshops, a logistics center, a dual system training center, clean rooms, laboratories and intelligent manufacturing platforms in the production center.
Mr. Li Feng, COO of Festo Business Region Greater China & General Manager of Festo Production Ltd., is invited to be our Keynote speaker to share Cost Leadership to improve local market competitiveness.
After a short tea break, Mr. Dominik Wolfschütz, market analyst woodworking machinery, wood & furniture industry of VDMA, will share a presentation about German Woodworking machinery - China Focus through live streaming. Ms. Doris Yang, project manager of VDMA China woodworking machinery sector, will present the updates of Chinese woodworking machinery competitors of their market performance.
After the meeting, a banquet is reserved for all the participants. You will have a unique opportunity to exchange your ideas with your peers and learn from each other. The dinner will start at 18:00. The agenda in detail is attached.

VDMA木工机械中国管理会议旨在汇聚我们重要成员的高层管理人员，共同探讨我们行业的当前业务形势。本次会议的主题为"企业内部降本增效"。
我们很高兴能在七月份于费斯托济南全球生产中心举办此次CMM。FESO GPC位于济南高新区，于2007年加入费斯托集团，拓展其产品本土化生产能力。2021年，该中心全面投入使用。占地43万平方米，是全球最大的生产中心，也是中国最大的物流分拨中心。目前，该中心生产包括气缸和电缸、电磁阀及阀岛、压缩空气处理装置三大类，共两万多种产品。生产中心内设有生产车间、物流中心、双元制培训中心、洁净车间、实验室和智能制造平台。
费斯托大中华业务区首席运营官兼费斯托气动有限公司总经理李峰先生受邀作为我们的主讲嘉宾，分享如何通过成本领先战略打造本土市场竞争力。
短暂的茶歇过后，VDMA木工机械、木材与家具行业，资深市场分析师Dominik Wolfschütz先生将通过远程连线方式分享关于德国木工机械的报告。VDMA中国木工机械部门项目经理杨冬羚女士将分享2024年春季木工机械行业的商业环境调研的结果并做报告。
