Hello! FitFam 'Track Warriors' is all about improving your running speed through the use of interval track training and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) that focuses on technique, stability, legs and core.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a high speed running group! We typically run a 400m lap under 2 minutes and can touch close to 1 minute for the most intensive exercises. Please be realistic of your physical capabilities before registering.
Our running motto is: "It's a race, not a marathon!"
We will normally cover 3 to 4.5km for the entire session.
Time: Every Saturday at 6:30am
Location: Goal posts furthest away from the main entrance to the tracks.
Details:
6.30am - Warm up
6.40am – drills and leg work
6.50am – Track training
7.20am – Core workout
7:25am - Cool down & stretch
7:30am – Finish and photos!
Bring: Bring water. Bring an energy drink and some good running shoes.
