As the Moon Festival approaches, come join us and learn how to make two traditional Chinese snacks unique to Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai. First, we will learn how to make a type of Soviet-style moon cake with a pork filling. The second item is a Peach Blossom made with bean paste. The taste is sweet and texture is crispy. Not only will it look beautiful, but it will taste delicious!
