Preparation for classes:

- For first timers, just wear workout top or plain t shirt and then Shorts for men and preferably leggings for women. We will provide the rest of the equipment. total beginners welcome.

- all the classes are designed for total beginners so they do not need to worry about not being to learn. Most importantly, we want to make sure they have a good time.
