We would love to invite you to this webinar on "How to Deal With Incompetence at Work" with Maggie Jia, Partner at DaWo Law Firm on Tuesday, October 18 at 4pm.


An effective and timely management for incompetent employees is essential for a company's overall operation. This webinar will provide a better understanding for managers to lead the people and business by bringing a combination of knowledge and expertise of law, psychology and HR competency. A new proactive approach from a comprehensive angle will be discovered which will not only avoid incompetence at work but also gives insight about how to predict talents for hiring and development of competency on the work floor.
