In the tide of digital transformation, Artificial Intelligence (AI) is reshaping enterprise management at an unprecedented pace, particularly in the human resources (HR) field. The application of AI technologies is rapidly driving HR from traditional transactional management to strategic talent management. AI not only automates repetitive tasks but also provides in-depth data analysis to optimize HR decisions, making HR work more precise, efficient, and intelligent.
