中国德国商会·华南及大西南地区将于2021年1月12日、1月19日在广州、深圳两地举办"企业发展研讨会"，聚焦大湾区产业转移机会及相关政策解读。

本次研讨会将从政策、市场等角度出发，从中您将了解到：

1.  广州、深圳城市更新区域及产业转移方向
2.  大湾区各城市的工业用地成本、人力成本、及租赁价格等
3.  产业转移或产业升级的机会及现有市场载体对比分析
4.  工业用地招拍挂流程及企业与政府的关系维护

German Chamber of Commerce in China | South and Southwest will hold the seminar on "Enterprise Development" on January 12 in Shenzhen and January 19 in Guangzhou, with a focus on the industrial transfer opportunities in the GBA and the interpretation of relevant policies.

From the perspective of policy and market, the seminar will focus on:

1. Urban renewal area and industrial relocation trend in Guangzhou and Shenzhen
2. Industrial land costs, labor costs, and rents in the cities of Greater Bay Area
3. The opportunities for industrial relocating or upgrading as well as the comparative analysis of the existing market carriers
4. The process of bidding, auction and listing industrial land along with government relationship maintenance
