Legal Committee is planning to host aworkshop on Law & Case Searches and Visibility of Litigation on December 21 (Thursday) in Shanghai.

To create a successful IP strategy requires sufficient law & case study, which relies on law & case search skills; To effectively communicate with judges, internal IP team and business team requires mindset and skills of visibility on litigation.

Legal Committee will invite Bessie Ye and Ryan Wang to deliver speeches to empower the in-house counsels from our membership companies, and they will cover the following topics:
