The QBPC Legal Committee (LC) will co-organize an offline workshop on Research on Improvement of Trademark Legal System on October 22, 2024 (Tuesday).

The workshop will be hosted by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCIPT) Commercial Legal Service Center, and will include in-depth discussions on well-known trademarks, co-existence agreement, counter claim against malicious litigations, malicious filings and defensive trademarks, and public interest litigation.
