合同是企业进行商业往来与其他客户之间交易合作的重要约定. 合同条款是发生纠纷时的依据,解决纠纷的首要考虑因素。一份没有与时俱进从法律税务角度及时更新的合同可能给企业带来重大的风险以及损失,而考虑不周全的合同条款也可能使得企业处于有理也难讨公道的境地。合同的争议解决条款也越来越被企业重视和关注,以确保在合同实际执行中产生的纠纷和争议能够获得公正、高效的解决。




A contract is an important agreement between an enterprise and customers for business operation. Contract terms are the basis and primary consideration in resolving disputes. A contract that is not updated in time from the perspective of law and taxation may bring significant potential risks to the enterprise, and the inconsiderate terms of the contract may also put the enterprise in an unfavorable position for dispute settlement. The dispute settlement clauses of contracts have caused attention of enterprises to ensure that disputes arising from the actual implementation of contracts can be solved fairly and efficiently.




这次的演讲会将重点从涉外合同和非涉外合同两个角度对于合同的最后一道防线争议解决条款进行阐述,结合实践案例分析,探讨企业如何能通过合同的规范化和条款清晰化来避免实践中的风险。演讲语言为中文,欢迎贸易合规、法务财税合同管理等相关参与者就实际操作问题进行提问并且分享经验。




This workshop will focus on explaining "the last line of defense" - dispute settlement clause of the contract, from the legal perspective for both domestic and international contracts and share the experience how enterprises can avoid risks in practice by standardizing and clarifying the terms of the contract. The workshop will be held in Chinese and participants active in trading compliance, legal, tax and financial contract management and other relevant fields are welcome to raise questions and share experiences.
