[Webinar] Accelerating Organizational Transformation

In today's VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) environment, the need to build organizational agility into our leadership acumen is increasingly important. At the heart of agility is the ability to learn while we unlearn, and this capability is often missing in more traditional leadership development approaches. GloCoach has developed and is deploying an agile approach to transformation that connects what's happening at the individual level to what's happening at the organizational level. Thus, SwissCham has invited GloCoach to present this approach, allowing us to listen, learn, unlearn, and pivot during organizational changes.
