Carmen Liu is a Partner in Control Risks' Compliance, Forensics and Intelligence practice. She is based in Shanghai and leads the Greater China and North Asia business intelligence team. Carmen specialises in fraud and IP investigations, strategic intelligence, commercial and reputational due diligence, dispute intelligence and asset tracing.

Mr. Bo Meng is the Senior Director of Corporate Communications at Huawei. He assumed this position in early 2024, overseeing the company’s global communications strategy and public affairs engagement.

Mr. Meng joined Huawei in 2016 as a Senior Public Relations Manager at the Southern Pacific Regional Headquarters in Kuala Lumpur. In 2019, he was appointed Director of Communications for Huawei Canada, where he led the company’s external relations and crisis response during a pivotal period. In 2021, Mr. Meng returned to China to serve as Head of Crisis Communications at Huawei’s headquarters, managing strategic communications across high-stakes and complex scenarios.

Prior to joining Huawei, Mr. Meng had an accomplished career in journalism. He spent over seven years at Xinhua News Agency, working at both the Beijing Headquarters and the Jerusalem Bureau, where he gained deep experience in international reporting and geopolitical affairs.

Mr. Meng holds a dual Bachelor’s degree in History and International Relations from Peking University.

Regina Zhou is a principal in Control Risks’ Compliance, Forensics and Intelligence practice, based in Shanghai. She is a forensic accountant and has supported clients in audit, investigations and disputes for more than 15 years in both mainland China and Hong Kong. Regina has extensive experience conducting internal and government investigations, involving asset misappropriation, financial statement fraud, employee misconduct/corruption, third-party due diligence, FCPA reviews and compliance risk assessments. She has also conducted numerous engagements for high-profile financial institutions assisting them in the remediation of breaches in Anti-Money Laundering and financial crime compliance. Regina has worked with clients from a wide range of sectors, including governments, regulators, financial services companies, law firms and multinationals.

周文聪女士是化险集团合规、法证及调研业务高级总监，常驻上海。作为专业的法证会计师，她在为客户提供审计、调研及争议解决服务方面拥有逾15年丰富经验，业务范围涵盖中国大陆及香港地区。周女士在内部和政府调研领域具有深厚专长，涉及资产挪用、财务报表舞弊、员工不当行为/腐败、第三方尽职调研、FCPA审查和合规风险评估等。她已为众多知名金融机构提供专业服务，协助其整改反洗钱及金融合规领域的违规行为。周女士的客户群体广泛，包括政府部门、监管机构、金融服务公司、律师事务所及跨国企业等，为各行业客户提供高水准的专业支持。
