Significant economic changes have been observed in recent years. China's tax authority has also been proactive in enacting reforms, streamlining administration procedures, and introducing more tax incentives. This training program seeks to share new taxation policies, beneficial treatments, and practical advices on the following topics:

  1. New tax incentive policies:
  • Tax holiday for micro-to-small businesses;
  • Tax loss carried-forward extension;
  • R&D super-deduction policy update;
  • Treatment of newly purchased fixed assets under 5 million.


2. Advance of China tax authority in tax administration digitalization – how MNCs should manage their operational tax risk.


3. Tradeoff between transfer pricing and customs.


4. VAT rate reduction and implications.


It is a one-day training, including a team lunch and two breaks.

All participants are welcome to send their questions relating to new tax policies to biying.zhang@chinavdma.org in advance and those questions will be lectured and discussed with the trainer. During the training, you will have the chance to ask specific questions related to your business and discuss solutions in a group of mechanical engineering companies.
