SANY Heavy Duty Truck
· A pioneer of SANY Group in digital and intelligent transformation.
· Annual production capacity of 300,000 heavy-duty trucks, 300,000 cabs and 600,000 diesel engines.
· Listed as national 5G factory by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in 2024.

· The first lighthouse factory to undergo intelligent transformation starts and to achieve stable production.
· Achieved a concrete pump roll-off time of just 45 minutes, significantly reducing the production cycle from 31 days to 12.7 days after transformation.
· Lowered manufacturing costs per concrete pump by 29% and increased overall personnel efficiency by 98%.
· Implemented flexible mixed manufacturing of 69 different products across two general assembly lines.
· Generates 30TB of data daily through interconnected equipment and digital integration.
