Self-awareness:

In today's world we are often overwhelmed with complex personal and professional relationships. Personality assessments such as the MBTI can be a good starting point to improve our empathy and the way we work with others, but also learn more about our own selves.

Join us to:

  • Discover your strengths & weaknesses
  • Learn how to assemble & motivate teams
  • Create & maintain relationships
  • Have fun through various activities

Why the MBTI:

MBTI stands for Myers-Briggs type indicator; the most widely used personality model in the world, which the first test to have been published in 1943. Currently, there are more than 3.5 million assessments administered each year. The MBTI is especially used in executive training and team development and has been translated into 21 languages! Well-known companies like Apple, AT&T, Citicorp, McKinsey, General Electric, General Motors and Siemens use the MBTI on a regular basis to build and motivate teams.

How does the MBTI work?

The MBTI reflects your personal preferences along four dimensions. Each dimension is expressed as one of two choices or dichotomies, so there are 16 possible MBTI types. Each type is summarized by a combination of 4 letters based on your preferences across the following dichotomies:

  • (E) Extroversion vs. (I) Introversion
  • (S) Sensing vs. (N) Intuition
  • (T) Thinking vs. (F) Feeling
  • (J) Judging vs. (P) Perception

So are we taking the MBTI personality test together on the spot? (Wednesday, June 3)

Not really! Taking the test is just the starting point of your self-awareness journey and to make the most of this workshop we ask you to complete the assessment before the event. On June 3, we will introduce the concept of MBTI and the various personality types it entails and will focus on unpacking everyone's results through individual and team activities.

Registration:

On June 3, at the end of our program, all participants will receive an electronic personality pack with their individual results so it's crucial for you to take the personality test before the event.

Step 1: Take the MBTI here:
