课程背景:


对任何一个企业组织来说,无论是对各种事务的规范、协调还是对员工行为的约束,都涉及管理这个命题,而管理的依据则来自于组织所制定的各种相关规则,一般称之为规章制度。但是在中国法的语境下,规章制度受到法律(包括法律规则和执法行为)比较强的约束。与此同时,作为规范员工行为的管理工具,又和雇主品牌、组织文化、价值观以及员工感受有着密不可分的关系,上述三个维度之间的关系非常复杂,平衡难度极高,企业往往顾此失彼。

如何打造一套既能有效支持管理需求又符合法律要求且不伤害企业和员工之间和谐信赖关系的规章制度,是一门学问甚至是一门艺术。为此,我们特邀请对管理和人性有着多年多维研究和深刻洞见并带深厚劳动法律知识与经验的郭老师特别研发了本课程,以期给大家带来全新的理论知识、实践方法和课程体验。


Course Background:

For any enterprise organization, whether it is the regulation and coordination of various affairs or the restraint of employee behavior, it all involves the proposition of management, and the basis of management comes from various related rules formulated by the organization, generally called for rules and regulations. However, in the context of Chinese law, rules and regulations are relatively strongly bound by laws (including legal rules and enforcement actions). At the same time, as a management tool for standardizing employee behavior, it has an inseparable relationship with employer brand, organizational culture, values, and employee feelings. The relationship between the above three dimensions is very complicated and the balance is extremely difficult. Companies often lose sight of the other.

How to create a set of rules and regulations that can effectively support management needs and meet legal requirements without harming the harmonious and trusting relationship between the company and employees is a science or even an art. For this reason, we specially invite Mr. Guo, who has many years of multi-dimensional research and profound insights on management and human nature, and has deep labor law knowledge and experience, to specially develop this course, in order to bring you new theoretical knowledge, practical methods and course experience.
