Learning Objectives 课程目标

  • This workshop has two building blocks which are designed with two modules: module 1 is focused on building leadership mindsets & attitudes while module 2 is focused on management techniques & tool box. Participants will transform internally to the mindsets and behavioral models of a competent leader after the training and therefore take leadership responsibilities and challenges in the organization with more confidence. 
  • The philosophy of this leadership seminar becomes remarkably important and urgent for leaders who are facing the challenge of leading young generation: generation Z. Leaders shall be truly committed to build open culture at workplace, encourage the freedom of offering different opinions, respect differences, establish trust, appreciate potential, empower and develop, admit the difficulty of empathy and keep reflecting, leading without authority, encourage initiative, innovations and ignite the passion. This four day workshop will help leaders to achieve these aims and be more competent in leading young generations.

  • 随着新世代(Z世代:1995-2009出生)越来越多地加入了职场,也给管理者带来了新的挑战。从而管理者需要刻不容缓地通过系统性学习,建立卓越的领导力,真正地实现领导者的核心提升。新生代的领导者将要真正投入到一系列的领导力实践中:建立开放的愉悦的工作环境,鼓励言论自由,尊重差异,建立信任,学会欣赏,授权和发展,认可同理心的困难和持续的反思,非权威的领导方式,鼓励爱护积极性,创新力,点燃激情和潜能等等。这门四天的课程将很好地帮助管理者达成这些目标,成为新世代的成功领导者。

Participants will have a unique interactive and enlightening learning experience. There is a versatile of methods applied: case study, role play simulation, group project, self-reflection, feedback from trainer etc. which create eye opening and self awareness. Principles are learned by doing rather than being told. Participants will take part in living role play simulations and case studies based on well structured critical situations and receive feedbacks and coaching from experienced trainer.
