Learning Objectives
This program is a highly intensive management workshop for industrial background leaders. Participants will have a unique learning experience of essential leadership theory and best practices in industrial management area. Participants will take part in living role play simulations based on well structured critical situations and receive feedbacks and professional coaching from experienced trainer and therefore increase leadership insights and self awareness of own management behavior by deep reflections. By sustaining high performance and motivated team, the leaders could be more prepared for the challenges in the near future with more creativities and confidence.
