HR as Coach-

Empowerment with Heart-Advanced Class


Background


The fundamental class lays down the basic knowledge and skills related to coaching. Through the in-depth learning and refinement gained from the advanced class, it helps HR or professionals in the application of coaching to a higher level; meanwhile, preparing them to "spread their wings" for personal career and organizational change.


The 8 core competencies of ICF (International Coaching Federation) - the gold standard of coaching will be introduced to define and quantify ethical practices of coaching, not only shows how to better implement coaching, but also helps building public trust in the coaching profession itself. Participants need to be ready to use their own strengths, create their own unique coaching style with their learning partners in the process, dare to be different, and seek to live according to their own truth.


Building on the mission of Positive Psychology to apply good functions of "to the best" to improve the lives of ordinary and extraordinary people, participants learn the theory and tools of Six-Second EQ to move the focus away from pathological analysis and pain and clearly toward a focus on strengths, visions and dreams.


Once the coach-like HR constructs positive EQ thinking and cultivates a completely different internal decision tree, it can set out to establish a coaching culture of "everyone grows", cultivate "future-minded leaders", and reshape organizational DNA. Through the "Action Learning" group, creating a sustainable cooperation with both "organizational benefits" and "personal growth".

基于积极心理学的使命,应用至善功能改善平凡人和非凡人的生活,课堂中将学习6秒钟情商的理论和工具,学习把注意力从病理分析和痛苦上移开,明确地把它投向对优势、愿景和梦想的关注上。
