Training Objective

The coming digital era has challenged the entire business world in both dimensions: the efficiency and the creativity. Cross-region (virtual) team becomes the next big way of work to catch up with the changes caused by globalization and digitalization. More and more people are now working virtually (across geographical boundary).

Compared to local teams, cross-region teams face additional challenges when delivering high performance. This 2-day session aim to review these challenges through both the leader and the member perspectives, explore the systematic strategies that tackle the specific issues in virtual collaboration.

Our learning methodology is a blended experience that includes experiential learning, in-depth learning, situational learning and action learning. At the end of this course, the participants would walk away with both the competence and the confidence to contribute to highly performing virtual teams.
