TRAINER 培训讲师:

Mei Shaojun



Mr. Mei is the Executive Vice Chairman of the Project Management Institute of Shanghai Pudong New Area, member of the Shanghai Pudong New Area Association for Science & Technology, member of the Chinese Association of Science of Science and S&T Policy Research, and member of the Project Management and Research Committee of the Chinese Society of Optimization, Overall Planning and Economical Mathematics, and concurrently serves as a visiting professor in several universities.

He is also the Executive Director of Shanghai Milestone Huading Management Consulting Co., Ltd. and the head and chief trainer of International Project Manager Certification (International Project Manager Professional, IPMP) in Shanghai. IPMP is a commercial certification for project management professionals and is hosted by the International Project Management Association (IPMA). Mr. Mei has been engaged in professional project management services since 2001, offered training and guidance to more than 3,000 people on IPMP certification at all levels, and served over 10,000 professionals through various training courses and lectures.

He previously held intermediate and senior technical and management positions in many prominent Chinese and foreign enterprises and was engaged in auto parts manufacturing, e-commerce, and consulting. He has conducted comprehensive research on design optimization, reliability engineering and system engineering management and made extensive practical achievements. He also created the theory of quality design and management. He provided consulting and training services for many major projects, such as China's aerospace projects, the research and development of national scientific apparatus and the 2010 Shanghai World Expo. He has for many years been offering services to the China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, Chinese Academy of Sciences, China Telecom, China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation, SAIC Motor, China Baowu Steel Group, Midea Group, Siemens, BorgWarner Inc., alongside many other renowned enterprises.

梅少军



梅老师是上海市浦东新区项目管理协会常务副理事长,上海市浦东新区科学技术协会委员,中国科学学与科技政策研究会委员,中国优选法统筹法及经济数学研究会项目管理研究委员会理事,兼任多所高校的客座教授。

他是上海迈思拓华鼎管理咨询有限责任公司的执行董事,也是IPMP认证在上海的负责人和首席培训师。IPMP(国际项目经理专业资质认证)是一种面向项目管理专业人士的商业认证,由IPMA(国际项目管理协会)主办。自2001年起从事项目管理专业服务,累计培训指导IPMP认证各级人员超过3000人,各种培训、讲座服务专业人士过万人。

梅老师曾在多家中外著名企业担任中高级技术和管理职务,从事过汽车零部件制造、电子商务、咨询行业。对于优化设计、可靠性工程、系统工程管理等方面有深入的研究和丰富的实践成就,独创了质量设计和管理的理论。为中国航天工程、国家大科学装置研制建设、2010上海世博会举办等重大工程提供咨询和培训服务。常年服务于中国航天科技、中科院、中国电信、中船重工、上汽集团、宝武集团、美的集团、西门子、博格华纳等著名机构。
