Following the January 25 member meeting, we invite all interested members to join us for coffee and tea to discuss the details of how our club could move forward. We want to increase member engagement and simultaneously improve our support to entrepreneurs with a social purpose by relaunching timebank.

Summary of Member Meeting, Jan 22

The idea of relaunching timebank has generated interest among meeting participants. A preliminary brainstorming has shown that we could give our speakers credits in our timebank, which they can barter for services from our members like mentoring, coaching, etc. Time exchanged for time.

Speaker series, youth services and vocational services could therefore be tied into timebank that would serve as a horizontal bracket for our club committees.

Obstacles that the club experienced with timebank 1.0 were put forward by Cecile and need to be addressed in order to move forward with the re-launch.

Timebank will be attached to the vocational services committee for the time being. Knut has been nominated as committee chair.
